Holly Creek’s multi-disciplinary skilled nursing team is comprised of Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists. This award-winning team collaborates to provide comprehensive care and treatment in partnership with residents and their families.

Holly Creek residents and team members take part in immersive Eden Alternative training aimed at building partnerships between older adults and care partners focused on continued growth.
