Holly Creek Receives 2025 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight
We are thrilled to announce that Holly Creek has earned Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2025 Customer Experience Award for the fourteenth year in a row. Every year since 2012, Holly Creek has received this high honor. This year’s award was presented to Holly Creek’s Independent Living and Skilled Nursing neighborhoods. The Customer Experience Award places Holly Creek in the top 15% of more than 2700 participating senior care providers across the nation.
This award is of particular significance to our community because it is based on monthly telephone interviews with residents, family members, and guests over the course of 12 months. Pinnacle Quality Insight, a nationally recognized customer satisfaction firm in the senior living field, conducted the interviews, which included open-ended questions and the opportunity to rate us in specific categories. Residents, families, and guests were able to express their candid feedback to an unbiased third party. Each survey was read by our leadership team to determine where we are exceeding expectations and where we have opportunities to improve.
Our Award-Winning Senior Living Neighborhoods
Holly Creek’s Independent Living neighborhood was recognized for Overall Customer Experience. This award reflects its dedication to continuous improvement and exceptional care and reflects Holly Creek’s vibrant culture and celebration of older adulthood.
Holly Creek’s Assisted Living neighborhood was recognized for several categories, including Personal Care, Response to Problems, Overall Customer Experience and Recommend to Others. This award reflects its dedication to providing customized support to preserve the comfort, security, and independence of members of the community.
Our Skilled Nursing neighborhood was awarded for numerous categories, among them Cleanliness, Individual Needs, Laundry Services, Response to Problems, Activities, Admission Process, Overall Customer Experience and Recommend to Others. This shows that Holly Creek residents and family members are pleased with their experience and would invite their friends and families to live here as well. This award reflects what real residents have to say about their home and community.
Additionally, we’d like to congratulate our Christian Living Communities-Cappella Living Solutions sister communities that also received this high honor this year: Clermont Park, Someren Glen, Cappella of Pueblo West, Cappella of Grand Junction, and Sunny Vista.
