Enjoy Peace of Mind at Our Life Plan Community Near Denver
The primary benefit of moving to a life plan community is peace of mind for the future. Also known as a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), these senior living options are perfect for active, independent individuals who would like to eliminate uncertainties and secure a vibrant, engaging, maintenance-free lifestyle for years to come.
Life Plan Agreement Benefits
Guaranteed Access to Care, Should You Need It
Our Life Plan Agreement guarantees you’ll have access to senior living options including assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing care at a reduced rate — if or when the need arises, and even if you outlive your savings. The best part? You can stay right here in the same community you already know and love, ensuring easy access to everything that matters most to you.
As a resident of Holly Creek, you’d join the community as part of the independent living neighborhood. Should an unexpected health change occur in the future, you can stay within the comfort of your community and near your friends.
Life Plan Communities can be an excellent option for couples. You are able to remain close to your spouse or partner, should either of you experience a change in your healthcare needs, without the added stress of moving.
Peace of Mind Should Financial Circumstances Change
By choosing a Life Plan Community, you ensure that you will not need to move if your financial circumstances change. Should you – through no fault of your own – outlive your financial assets, your future residence and care remain secure.
You and your family members can experience peace of mind knowing that you can always call Holly Creek home and receive the care you need, even if you outlive your finances. You’ll still have access to all of the services and amenities and activities you’ve come to enjoy.
EXPANDED BENEFITS
In addition to a guaranteed home and access to additional levels of living and care, Holly Creek Life Plan residents also enjoy:
- 10 respite days for a higher level of care – per year, per person – at no additional charge while living in the residential living neighborhood
- Ongoing wellness and care management by our Resident Services Director
- A 10% discount on monthly fees (based on the current market rate) if one moves to the assisted living, memory support, or skilled nursing care neighborhoods
Understanding the Life Plan Agreement & Monthly Fees
Your one-time entrance fee is dependent upon the type and size of the home you choose. You have the option to select the plan that works best for you and your family – a higher payment with a greater return, or a lower payment that declines over time. Entrance fees are partially refundable to you or your estate.
Your monthly fee is based on your specific floor plan. Covered under this fee are housekeeping, 24-hour concierge services, fitness classes, utilities – including dining, cable TV, a security pendant, and more.
