When we moved to Holly Creek we thought about what is visible, such as interiors, apartment layout, dining areas, which are all very nice but after living here for a year we have discovered what is most important is the people that live here and employees, who are all so considerate and kind who are at the HEART of Holly Creek. They make Holly Creek a special place in which to live.
Some friends invited us to dinner and a tour of Holly Creek. The rest, as they say, is history! ... The many activities and our friendly neighbors have provided a sense of community... and no more mowing, tree trimming, weeding and snow shoveling is an absolute joy. In addition, while our health remains good, as we enter our 80s, it is comforting to know that, should we ever need it, onsite medical assistance is immediately available 24/7.
After lots of investigating of retirement communities in our area, and multiple tours here, we realized Holly Creek should be our forever home. Angie and Marilyn helped prepare us for the move and Isobel made move-in day fun and seamless. The transition from our much-loved home of many years to our apartment here has been enhanced by all the wonderful new friends. We are so happy here and highly recommend Holly Creek!
Due to health issues we decided a retirement community was a good idea for us. We have never regretted moving here. The residents are welcoming, friendly and very interesting. There are many activities to become involved in depending upon your interests. It’s a warm, up-lifting, stimulating environment that totally feels like home. It’s also a comfort to us and our family that we will never have to move again. We are definitely at home!
