COVID-19 Vaccinations Happening Now at Holly Creek

June 2021 Update: The CDC and CDPHE have released new guidelines allowing senior living communities more freedoms when residents and team members are fully vaccinated. Residents and team members of Holly Creek Life Plan Community have begun to receive their COVID-19 vaccinations, and we continue to schedule more vaccination clinics as we are able. We continue to encourage everyone in our community to be vaccinated for the safety and well-being of everyone who lives and works there, and we are thrilled that we have already been able to vaccinate so many.
