Should you, through no fault of your own, outlive your financial assets, our Life Plan Agreement guarantees access to assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing care in our Health Suites should the need arise. You will be able to stay in your community, maintain your relationships, and remain close to your loved ones should your health unexpectedly change.
Our partially refundable entrance fee assures continued residency, opening up doors to accessible health care.

Among the most common questions we are asked are those about the cost of retirement communities. Senior living costs can vary significantly based on apartment or cottage sizes, location, amenities included, level of care, and pricing structure.
Once you’ve determined the pricing and pricing structures of your top communities, it can be helpful to calculate your current costs of rent/mortgage, utilities, transportation, groceries and other household expenses. Senior living communities’ fees often include meals, utilities, housekeeping services, and amenities. When comparing current expenses to community fees, you may find these to be more similar that you would have thought.
