Biography
Dr. Cody Guggenmos is a Family Medicine physician with Curana Health. He earned his Doctorate from Rocky Vista University in 2017 and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. His passion for senior care developed while working as a CNA during college and was influenced by his close relationship with his grandparents.
Dr. Guggenmos values his Midwestern upbringing and brings that work ethic to his practice. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, traveling with his wife, and supporting the Nebraska Cornhuskers, Detroit Lions, and West Ham.

Kristin received her training at the University of Evansville and has been working as a PT since 2001. Kristin has served our community since 2009.

Kristen received her training at University of Kansas for her Bachelor of Science degree and then Washburn University for Physical Therapist Assistant. Kristen has worked as a PTA since 1998 and has served our community since 2009.

Jennifer received her training at the University of Hartford and San Jose State. Jennifer has worked as an OT since 1995 and has served our community since 2016.
