In our continued belief in supporting each person’s natural rhythm of life, we have a dedicated home care team serving the greater Denver metro area. The Rhythms Home Care team is offers those living in Holly Creek’s independent living neighborhood additional supports for a successful life, by their own definition. Services range from medication reminders, help with dressing and bathing, transportation, and light medical services.
