Entrance Fees
At Holly Creek, you pay a one-time entry fee that is based on the type and size of the floor plan you choose. Either 50% or 90% of this fee is refundable to you or your estate when you leave Holly Creek. The lower refundable percentage results in lower monthly fees, giving you financial flexibility.

Your contract also gives you access to 10 respite days for a higher level of care per person, per year while you are in independent living, on-going case management services, and a 10% discount on monthly fees (based on current market rate) if you move to assisted living, memory care or skilled nursing care.

Making the decision to move into a senior living community is a big deal. And it’s natural to wonder if it would be more cost effective to stay at home. But the truth is once you add up the cost of rent/mortgage, utilities, transportation, groceries and other household expenses, staying at home might be more expensive than you think.
